Five things: count and size of openings, frame material and finish, glass specification (acoustic laminated, obscured, safety glass), access (scaffolding for upper floors and rear additions), and finishing detail (trims, sills, making good). A company that quotes without measuring is guessing, and you pay for the guesswork later.
