Quotes and surveys
All quotations are free and provided in writing after a survey unless noted otherwise. Quotes are fixed for 30 days from the date of issue and list the works, products and finishes included. Anything not listed is not included.
Installations and guarantees
Installations are carried out by our own fitters with due care, and building-regulations compliance is certificated. Every installation carries our written 10-year guarantee covering frames, units and hardware against defect, subject to fair wear and tear and proper use.
Payments
We take a modest deposit to schedule your job, with the balance due on completion. We never take full payment up front.
Liability
We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory rights. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the works.
